Our Mezzanine Loan Portfolio sits behind our Bridging Loan investors within the capital stack. These loans typically represent less than 25% of the principal loan. Although smaller in size, these loans occupy the second position in the capital stack, therefore offering the potential for higher returns.
This structure allows us to provide enhanced investment opportunities with stronger returns for our high-net-worth clients, while maintaining a secure, asset-backed approach to lending.
