PLANNING: We acquired a building in Liverpool City Centre and secured planning permission for an apartment block with a three-story roof extension, comprising 35 apartments and 250 sqm of commercial space.

Zen Residence

PLANNING: We acquired land in Liverpool City Centre and successfully secured planning permission for an eight-story apartment block comprising 174 apartments and 87 parking spaces.

Somerset House

DEVELOPMENT: We acquired a commercial building and obtained planning to convert it into 15 apartments. We successfully sold these apartments off-plan before starting onsite, which included adding a third-floor extension.
